Who are these Pop Culture Curmudgeon people anyway?

Jennifer Roland is a writer in Oregon. She loves pop culture (especially television) and paranormal romance.

She is working on some of her own paranormal, sci fi, and contemporary romantic fiction under her pseudonym Jennifer C. Rodland. Stay tuned for more information on that front. Until then, she hopes you enjoy her blog and keep coming back for more commentary on her favorite pop culture targets.

Katie grew up not far from the Gulf Coast and doesn’t understand why people choose to live in places where it snows. She likes being able to wear sandals 11 months out of the year.

After a varied career that included everything from gigs as a customer service rep at various call centers to coordinating activities for a nursing home to running an after school care program for elementary school children, she found a place for herself writing obituaries. Not only does Katie finally have job security (people are always dying!), she has a great conversation starter.
