Don't feel bad about missing Taylor in Kyle XY - it was literally a blink and you miss it part. Check out S1E1 at about the 2:15 mark.

I must go back and watch some old Kyle XY! Apparently, I missed a lot of soon-to-be-famous faces the first time around.

You know, Julie Bowen will always be Carol Vessey from Ed to me. I saw Happy Gilmore in the theater, and I never remembered her from that.

Let's see...

Of course the big news here in BR (besides the oil leak and its continually multiplying effect on the Gulf Coast) is the realignment of the athletic conferences and how it might affect (or not) the SEC. Tiger fans are nothing if not obsessive and have imagined every possibility. I'm actually a little tired of hearing about it. :)

I'm sooo ready for True Blood to come back tonight! I need a little escapism tinged with insanity... and, of course, a little Eric Northman is always a good thing. :)

I was surprised by how well the Karate Kid remake did - and how much better than the A-Team. I wonder if it's because many males are at sports bars watching the World Cup? After all, KK is much more family/kid oriented. Just a thought.

I'm going to miss Amy so much. I have to say, though, that I wasn't terribly surprised that she'd decided not to come back - especially since she'd already cut her column way back.

As for Cory Monteith, I didn't remember him from SPN, but I did remember him as Amanda's boyfriend from KyleXY. (BTW, Kyle XY was also Taylor Kitsch's first t.v. appearance. I love you, Tim Riggins! lol)

As for Modern Family, I couldn't place where I'd seen Julie Bowen - and then I ran across an old Adam Sandler movie on Comedy Central. It's always fun to figure out where you've seen someone before...

I'll stop rambling and monopolizing your comment section now :)
