Welcome to the November 4, 2009, edition of Visions of Winchesters: The Supernatural Blog Carnival. I apologize for missing last week’s carnival. As I mentioned earlier this week, I was out with the flu.

Alice Jester posts our second episode recap from Blog Critics, and she is much more complimentary toward this episode. Jester points out the most magical part of the episode: Chad Everett as the old Dean Winchester. Everett was an inspired choice. There was a little part of me that hoped Alan Ackles would play Dean, but Everett just worked.

Over at Eclipse Magazine, MR Reed shares his opinions on the episode. Again, Chad Everett is singled out for his amazing performance. I would like to read an interview with Everett where he talks a little about his process for taking on this role.
