People Do Watch TV in the Summer–Just Not on the Major Nets

Looks like the cable networks are winning the race for summertime TV viewers through high-quality scripted programming. According to USA Today, the major networks have seen double-digit drops from last year. Maybe crappy reality TV isn’t the best option, even though it is ridiculously cheap to produce.
