Personally, I was most excited about Chuck’s renewal, but most surprised by Better off Ted. I really enjoyed that show, but I was sure it was a goner after the first episode. So, bravo to ABC for sticking with a fun and quirky show. Let’s hope we can make it past the second season, too.

wait – they renewed scrubs? after that annoyingly long drawn out weird ending?
ugh. I LOVE scrubs, but I thought they should have ended it a season ago -before the writers strike I think. Remember the one when Dr Cox played the fictional prince? it was bitter sweet and touching, and perfect.
Anyway – is Castle done for the season? i just wanted to catch a show, and it looks like its done for the season already. Grumble… I guess I’m late to the game with that one.
I really LIKE Better off ted, I like the quirky characters! they crack me up!

Scrubs has definitely outstayed its welcome. If they really needed a half-hour comedy, Samantha Who? was just fine and hadn’t yet run its course. People watched it when they knew which night it was on.
Castle had its season finale a couple weeks ago. Methinks some online viewing might be in your future.
Finally, I like BOT, too. I am shocked it was renewed, because (a) I like it–that’s usually the kiss of death for a show–and (b) it had dismal ratings. I hope more people come to know and love our friends at Veridian Dynamics. The episode with the racist motion detectors slays me every time I watch it.

I cheered for Castle. I loved Chuck to death and it is my geek <3, but my GOD. Poor Nathan Fillion. I just wanted the man to catch a break already. (Plus I've been morbidly inquiring as to whether Castle has been canceled yet since before the first episode aired, so I feel a little guilty.)

When you have a record like Fillion, you gotta expect a little of that! Perhaps if he’d stayed on One Life to Live a little longer, it would have ended its run.
