The friends who were all about Titanic were also all about Pearl Harbor, another huge-ass waste of my time.</description>

		<description>You&#039;re not dead inside. I remember liking the book well enough when I was a kid, but it wasn&#039;t life-changing or life-affirming for me. I thought the trailer looked good - if so darkly lit I had trouble making things out - and might see the movie. Or I might not. Really depends on if TheWife wants to see it.

As for &lt;i&gt;Titanic&lt;/i&gt;...I was too tired and worn out from that ridiculously long piece of crap to muster the energy to cry at the end. The *only* things I liked about that movie were the undersea shots of the actual Titanic and the meticulous detail that went into Cameron&#039;s scaled down version of the boat. I would have paid to watch two hours of footage of the mockup and the undersea footage.</description>
