What's Worse: A Post-It or the Internet?
Debbie Matenopoulos’ husband filed for divorce–and she found out about it online. That is cold. Even if you are separated, you should at least tell the person that you are filing the papers.
It reminds me of the episode of Sex and the City where Ron Livingston broke up with Carrie on a Post-It. Carrie used the Post-It throughout the episode for sympathy and even to get out of an arrest.
The Internet is definitely much worse than a Post-It. It’s like finding out bad personal news, well, on the news.
Have you had an experience like this? Or do you know of anyone who has?
