Supernatural: It's the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester (spoilery)

Is it the end of the Sammy show?

After three plus years of focus on Sam’s grand destiny, last night’s episode gave we Dean girls some hope that Dean is actually “the one.”

The episode itself was good, although I was expecting a more light-hearted romp through Halloween lore. I enjoyed the humanizing of Castiel and the introduction of a real Old Testament hammer of god style angel in Uriel. I felt bad for little Sammy when the angels rebuffed his obvious hero worship. And Dean ripped my heart out when he saw Sammy using his powers. I was yelling at the screen for Sam to just hold possessed art teacher there and get the knife. I may be a Dean girl, but I don’t want Sam to go darkside.

The most fun moment was when I saw Josh from Kyle XY. Jean-Luc Bilodeau was the road kill guy at the two Halloween parties, you know, the one who got pulled into the crypt and apparently crushed. I’ve always had a soft spot for Jean-Luc because he reminds me of my young cousin. Casting directors, keep that in mind when you make the movie of my life. And Jason Biggs would be good for his older brother.

I really like Dean, he had the personality of not taking instruction from the Heavan when it does not make sense, however he seems to belief his father’s order even when he had the doubt.. could also be he have more trust in family than God!
